Written Service agreement
A service agreement letter will be applied to Bridal services, as well as all large party services of 4 or more. The agreement will contain Service type, location, date of service, time of service, duration of service(if applies) , number of person(s) receiving services, and any client special request. Both the client and VIP Experience makeup bar & Spa LLC shall discuss and agree on all terms before both parties sign. We will try our best to accommodate any changes made prior to the original arrangement.
Applies to all Party packages ONLY
Hostess of party of choice is FREE! Based on required number of guest . Hostess of the party can be an adult or minor as long . If party is for someone 17 years of age or younger a legal guardian must schedule the party and sign a consent forms. An adult must be present at the time of the party. Parties options are: Spray Tanning, Makeup, Spa, Tween glitter makeup/and glitter tattoos
Policy applies to all Services including Bridal and Party packages
Age Requirement : For anyone 17 years of age and younger, we require that an adult be present, along with a written parental/guardian consent form in order to receive services. If the party is for a "Tween" (or minor) a parental consent form must be sighed for everyone under age receiving services at the party. This requirement includes,but not limited to Facials, Makeup, and Spray tanning
Pricing: Some services are priced on a "starting at" bases in rare situations travels fees may apply. Service upgrades , and per person add ons to a package will determine price increase or decrease
Appointment Availability: Same day scheduling for Makeup, Spray Tans, and Waxing services are possible , but not always available . Accommodation is based on schedule availability.For a guaranteed appointment we recommend that you schedule your appointment at least two to five days in advance.
Discounts :Discount rates are for a limited time only and are subject to change at any point. If a client contacts us and is interested in a service that has been discounted ; the discount will be applied as long as the service has been scheduled before the deadline has expired.
Travel Fees: May vary , depending on mileage and parking fees. Price quotes can be requested after address of location has been provided.
Airfare and accommodations: All costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by client. Costs may include, but are not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation, parking, per-diem, service incidentals and all taxes.
Bridal party policies and information
We come with all Equipment needed to assure that your makeup is flawless. Set up takes about 5 minutes and will accommodate any size room space.
Bridal Makeup Trial Run: We require that the bride has a bridal makeup trial run. Doing so will ensure the desired look on your wedding day. We are licensed certified Makeup Artist and Estheticians; experienced to work with all skin types and undertones. Note: If the bride books with us immediately after the trial run we will waive the trail run fee ..Scheduling services for the Big Day :for Bridal party wedding day services ,we recommend booking with us at least two months or more in advance. During the busy seasons it may be harder to request your desired appointment if not scheduled out far enough in advanced, We will always try our best to accommodate bridal appointments best we can, but the sooner the better.
Travel fees: In most cases this will not apply however; in some cases traveling fees may vary , depending on mileage and parking fees. Price quotes can be requested after address of location has been provided.
Bridal service cancellations: if the bride or anyone in her party receiving a bridal services, needs to cancel we ask that you please give 72 hours notice hence; we have denied all other clients seeking that time slot in order to accommodate you on your special day.
Appointment reschedule and cancellations for single person services :
We want all of our clients to be happy, and although same day booking is possible it can not always be accommodated; depending on how busy we are . We ask that if you have a scheduled appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, to please do so at least 3 hours before your scheduled service.
Policy applies to Spray Tan services
If you have an event to attend please schedule your spray tan at least two days before the event. If you book an "Any Occasion or Bridal Makeup and Spray Tan package" this is a two visit service. Our spray tan artist will come apply your spray tan, then come back two to three days later to perform your makeup service. This is due to the fact that your spray tan solution needs to develop completely before products are applied to the skin
Spray tan protocol
VIP Experience Makeup bar & Spa LLC, will give real expectations and will do our best to give you a flawless spray tan however; we ask that you try your best follow pre and post care instructions to ensure optimal results. If a client has any post spray tan questions we ask that you please contact us within 24 hours of the service.
Before you Spray Tan:
1. Take care of hair and nail appointments before your spray tan, (or 24 hours after your first solution rinse off). If you need to shampoo and condition your hair do this step first ,shave, or wax all body parts that you want to remove hair from, use oil free soap, then lastly exfoliate the skin . Avoid exfoliates and soaps that contain oil and moisturizers ,as some may leave residue which may interfere with the development of tanning solutions. It is imperative that you exfoliate before your spray tan in the order instructed above.
2.Do not apply deodorant, lotions, or perfumed products after your shower. 3. Clients can wear an old, dark swimsuit, or undergarments, we also can supply disposable under undergarments during the session. 4. Wear dark, loose clothing, and sandals after your session. Tight or restrictive clothing will damage your developing tan. A jogging suit or long cotton sun-dress, and flip-flops are ideal. 5. Avoid any and all contact with water to the skin before your first shower,this would include exercise and any vigorous behavior that will make you sweat!
Your first shower should only be rinsed off with water only 6. Apply lip balm or lipstick during your spray tan treatment .The DHA ( sugar derivative) solution will continue to develop over the next 24 hours and usually lasts up to 7-10 days depending on hydration and exfoliation, and individual body chemistry.
Once your spray tan has developed, to your desired time rinse with water only.
Oil free soap can be used on the skin 24 hours from the time that you have taken your first water shower.
2.Avoid any and all contact with water to the skin before your first shower,this would include any vigorous behavior that will make you sweat!
3. Avoid All oil products
4. Use a water based moisturizer that
contains no oils.
5.Do not exfoliate until your tan has started the fading processes
5. Keep the skin hydrated( water based product)
if you prefer ,we can provide post care products that are from the same company as our the spray tan solution and was created to partner together.

Zero Tolerance Policy
At VIP Experience Makeup Bar & Spa, LLC, we have a zero tolerance policy for any type of misconduct behavior. Any illicit or sexually-suggested remarks , advances or violent behavior of any kind will result in immediate termination of services. You will be liable and required to pay in full for the scheduled services. We try very hard to ensure that our clients feel safe and respected . We only ask that you do the same for us.
Right to refuse service
Our team members could refuse or terminate a treatment if there are any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of reservation such as, broken skin or lesions, and severe intoxication.
